Description of CBB65 Air conditon capacitor

The apacitor has advantages of small volume, low dissipation, high insulation resistance,  good self-healing character, antistriking current, strong over-carrier capacity and steady electric performance.

It is widely used in air conditioner, refrigerator, motor, compressor to help device to start and run. 

 

It adopts a fully sealed structure with safety protection, when the core is broke down during use, it will release a lot of gas due to high temperature, then the internal pressure of the housing increases, the end cover is convex and deformed outward under the action of internal pressure.

When the internal pressure reaches a certain level, the explosion-proof piece is pulled off, and then the capacitor core is disconnected from the external power, and the breakdown reaction of the core is terminated, and device is protected. 

Notes:
1. It is used under the nominal rated load condition.

2. It should be installed in a place with good air/ good heat dissipation, and operation temperature should not be higher than the maximum working termperature.

3. The maximum allowable voltage of this capacitor is 1.1 times of the rated voltage, the maximum current is 1.3 times of the rated current, and the maximum power output is 1.3 times of the rated output.

4. This capacitor should be used under altitude 2000m.
